What is the knowledge about the construction of sealed tents and the formulation of tent doors?

If your tent is used in a long-term rainy or humid environment, the corner line (the junction of the bottom layer and the side) of the tent must be sealed. The sides of the tent mats should be erected with the poles, and never apply sealant in a cold and humid environment. Apply only to tent linings and tarps (glitter). The sealant cannot stick to the unfilmed side of the tent, because there is already waterproof glue there. Please apply several thin layers in several times, the effect will be better than only one thick layer. Apply sealant to the perimeter of the tent mat and rub the glue back and forth evenly. Please follow the drying instructions on the sealant tank carefully to avoid damage to your tent from improper use.

The tent's curtain is heat-sealed with tape in the factory. In most weather conditions, it is not necessary to further seal the tent. However, if the tent is used in continuous rainy days or long-term humid conditions, we still recommend that you add sealant to some places inside the door curtain. Put the lining of the tent curtain on the outside of the tent, with the side of the film (flash) facing up. Apply sealant to all tent seams as described in the previous paragraph, and carefully allow the glue to dry according to the directions on the sealant can.
